Are You Drinking Enough Water?

Most of us know that we should be drinking eight glasses of water a day, but many of us don’t realize the important role that water plays in our bodies. Water is essential for all of our bodily functions, and it helps to keep us healthy and hydrated. When we don’t drink enough water, we can become dehydrated, which can lead to headaches, fatigue, and even dizziness. Because water is so important, it’s important to make sure that we’re getting enough each day. If you’re not sure how much water you should be drinking, there are a few simple ways to figure it out.

First, try to drink half of your body weight in ounces each day. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should be drinking 75 ounces of water each day. You can also use the color of your urine as a guide. If your urine is pale yellow or clear, then you’re probably adequately hydrated. However, if your urine is dark yellow or amber-colored, then you need to drink more fluids. Finally, pay attention to your thirst levels. If you’re thirsty, that’s a sign that your body needs more fluids. So next time you reach for a soda or iced tea, think again and grab a glass of water instead. Your body will thank you for it!

The body is made up of approximately 60% water, and this vital resource plays a role in everything from regulating body temperature to lubricating joints. In fact, even mild dehydration can lead to headaches, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating. So how much water should you be drinking?

While there is no one-size-fits-all answer, a good general rule is to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day or 1 to 2 gallons.  This may seem like a lot, but it’s actually quite easy to reach this goal by incorporating water into your daily routine. For instance, start your day with a glass of water as soon as you wake up, and carry a water bottle with you to work or school. Drink a glass of water with every meal, and make sure to drink additional water during or after exercise. By making a few simple changes, you can ensure that you’re getting the proper amount of water each day.

That being said, I’m a realist and I have enjoyed the great benefits of apple cider vinegar in my own that I have developed my body into a high-energy detoxifying gut health with no issues when it comes to dis-ease and whatnot. I have purchased Bragg’s, apple cider vinegar and witnessed the magic at work in my daily tablespoon regimen.

One must also understand that everything is connected no more isolating certain health problems and social issues you must grasp that is all related and you must look at the whole body not just the problem at bay.

At a young age, any kind of vinegar did not have any plays in my food or eating patterns growing up in the south side of Fairbanks, Alaska. The typical food dressing was ranch or Thousand Island when it comes to salads I did not touch much.

As a child growing up until about high school when my wrestling coach started having salad with my dinners when I lived with them during the wrestling season.

I really did not like any types of vinegars due to the bitter taste. I love my sweet-tasting topping that was available via Ranch, Thousand Island, and or French dressing back then.

My quest here is to open your mind to the opportunity to know Yourself by healing yourself. I want others to benefit from the great healing benefits. Apple cider vinegar has to offer and it is at your local grocery store for a few bucks.

Food and supplementation has been around us as far as we have, been able to understand the effects on our bodies since the beginning of our experiences of eating and supplementation.

Processes of certain foods, we understand breaking down what benefits our bodies when it comes to vitamins, nutrients minerals that our bodies demand to be filled with from such Foods scientifically, we have advanced by being able to see properties in food that are good and bad for us. Therefore genetically modified or authored.

Every food or supplement has both good and bad effects on our bodies. When it’s consuming, we consume way too much.

Improve weight loss when it comes to lack of energy with a slow metabolism by not being able to control hunger cravings with having an insatiable appetite making a mission to improve weight loss.

Certain cultures and societies around the world have taken certain foods and have multiplied uses for them. As of apple cider vinegar is one of those foods and it’s a great choice.

Speeding up your metabolism you can add 30 minutes to 1 hour of (HITT) High-Intensity Interval Training 4 to 6 days a week. Also, add some strength training with weights and resistance to increase fat burning while building muscle mass.

Many Ancient cultures like Kemet known as Egypt use vinegar as a preserving pickling agent and flavoring of foods!

The bread and butter of this process of adding ACV to your lifestyle would be the Detoxification that it naturally do for you.

Fiber is a natural gel that forms in the gut to remove waste and toxins with that being said it also helps assist with detoxifying the liver and other organs within the body.

Replenishing more minerals, and vitamins to your new body environment by boosting energy as a positive result.

Potassium deficiency is the key mineral for your body.

I would also say look at how many times we visit the grocery store on a weekly basis and people think they are healthy by being fat all around and having access to these certain foods. Even though their waistlines are way out of proportion.

Understand that your body functions and everything is connected when you have eaten items that take you out of your balance or hormonal balance. You’ll get bad results.

First, identify the certain foods that you have in your kitchen or on your countertop. Stop making them convenient.

Senility is a condition of being senile. In other words, decline, infirmity, confusion, decrepitude.

What is the difference between senility and dementia?
