What are your intentions in your life to help you achieve your goals and outcomes at where you stand at right now in your life!
Most really don’t give it the time or day we just go about are days without reflecting on our future self’s or even the present time. Many people I coach or who take my advice really are not clear about what they want in life.
Being a Holistic Health coach can be a challenge when those I coach are always looking for a quick solution. What my clients fail to realize is that it’s a process of building good habits that benefit you and your path to more wealth, health and mental success.
Distracted by bullshit on a daily bases and wonder why nothing gets accomplished in their time that they have in front of them. The good news is that if you solve your own problems and allow those who want to help you, you become smarter and richer in your life.
Take time out for you and analyze your life and where you are at. Stop with the fitting in with the Jones and take on responsibility and accountability for where, when, what, why and how you live your life. No more accepting handouts from those who don’t want to see you successful.
That may look like, friends, family members, associates of people that don’t want you focusing on you but putting energy into them and what they want and neglecting yourself.
Will be providing steps for you in my Podcast show please tune in!

In life, we are often faced with difficult challenges and setbacks. While it can be easy to dwell on these negative experiences, it is important to remember that they can also be opportunities for growth. By embracing the lessons that we learn from these challenges, we can become better, more well-rounded people.
We may not always be grateful for the challenges themselves, but we can be thankful for the lessons that we attract into our lives. These lessons can make us more compassionate and understanding, and they can help us to see the world in a new light. By being open to the lessons that life has to offer, we can learn to be more giving and caring people.
It is often said that we should be thankful for the lessons that we attract in our lives. After all, these lessons can teach us valuable life lessons and help us become better people. However, it can be difficult to be grateful for something that caused us pain or hardship. Nonetheless, it is important to remember that these lessons are often given to us by people who care about us and want us to grow and learn.
Therefore, instead of resenting the lessons that life gives us, we should be thankful for them. By doing so, we can show our appreciation for the people who care about us and help us grow into better people.
Being thankful and grateful for the lessons that you attract in your life is important. You can be thankful for the good and the bad, because it all brings you closer to who you are meant to be. The more thankful and grateful you are, the more you will attract into your life.
Thankful people are more giving and caring, which attracts more blessings into their lives. So if you want to attract more blessings, start by being thankful for the ones you already have. Lessons are a blessing in disguise, so be thankful for them and watch your life transform.

Most of us know that we should be drinking eight glasses of water a day, but many of us don’t realize the important role that water plays in our bodies. Water is essential for all of our bodily functions, and it helps to keep us healthy and hydrated. When we don’t drink enough water, we can become dehydrated, which can lead to headaches, fatigue, and even dizziness. Because water is so important, it’s important to make sure that we’re getting enough each day. If you’re not sure how much water you should be drinking, there are a few simple ways to figure it out.
First, try to drink half of your body weight in ounces each day. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should be drinking 75 ounces of water each day. You can also use the color of your urine as a guide. If your urine is pale yellow or clear, then you’re probably adequately hydrated. However, if your urine is dark yellow or amber-colored, then you need to drink more fluids. Finally, pay attention to your thirst levels. If you’re thirsty, that’s a sign that your body needs more fluids. So next time you reach for a soda or iced tea, think again and grab a glass of water instead. Your body will thank you for it!
The body is made up of approximately 60% water, and this vital resource plays a role in everything from regulating body temperature to lubricating joints. In fact, even mild dehydration can lead to headaches, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating. So how much water should you be drinking?
While there is no one-size-fits-all answer, a good general rule is to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day or 1 to 2 gallons. This may seem like a lot, but it’s actually quite easy to reach this goal by incorporating water into your daily routine. For instance, start your day with a glass of water as soon as you wake up, and carry a water bottle with you to work or school. Drink a glass of water with every meal, and make sure to drink additional water during or after exercise. By making a few simple changes, you can ensure that you’re getting the proper amount of water each day.
