Why Apple Cider Vinegar? There have been many people across the world for centuries that has experienced these great healing powers of Apple Cider Vinegar.

Why am I writing this article? My quest here is to help assist with those who are open-minded to using apple cider vinegar and how it can help advance to a more healthy lifestyle. As I bear witness to the benefits of apple cider vinegar healing and restoring powers.

That being said, I’m a realist and I have enjoyed the great benefits of apple cider vinegar in my own that I have developed my body into a high-energy detoxifying gut health with no issues when it comes to dis-ease and whatnot. I have purchased Bragg’s, apple cider vinegar and witnessed the magic at work in my daily tablespoon regimen.

One must also understand that everything is connected no more isolating certain health problems and social issues you must grasp that is all related and you must look at the whole body not just the problem at bay.

At a young age, any kind of vinegar did not have any plays in my food or eating patterns growing up in the south side of Fairbanks, Alaska. The typical food dressing was ranch or Thousand Island when it comes to salads I did not touch much.

As a child growing up until about high school when my wrestling coach started having salad with my dinners when I lived with them during the wrestling season.

I really did not like any types of vinegars due to the bitter taste. I love my sweet-tasting topping that was available via Ranch, Thousand Island, and or French dressing back then.

My quest here is to open your mind to the opportunity to know Yourself by healing yourself. I want others to benefit from the great healing benefits. Apple cider vinegar has to offer and it is at your local grocery store for a few bucks.

It’s just a food product that I add to something and flavor up our salads and dress in smoothies what?

Vinaigrettes, food preservatives, Etc. Vinegar is made from fermented Apple juice. Apple cider vinegar has many healing properties that are the long to a long list here in this article, but I have scholarly sources for you to follow up on and do your own due diligence, homework in other words.

Food and supplementation has been around us as far as we have, been able to understand the effects on our bodies since the beginning of our experiences of eating and supplementation.

Processes of certain foods, we understand breaking down what benefits our bodies when it comes to vitamins, nutrients minerals that our bodies demand to be filled with from such Foods scientifically, we have advanced by being able to see properties in food that are good and bad for us. Therefore genetically modified or authored.

Foods and we will go deeper into this particular subject matter. Genetically modified foods for the better. Not for the worse.

Every food or supplement has both good and bad effects on our bodies. When it’s consuming, we consume way too much.

Improve weight loss when it comes to lack of energy with a slow metabolism by not being able to control hunger cravings with having an insatiable appetite making a mission to improve weight loss.

Certain cultures and societies around the world have taken certain foods and have multiplied uses for them. As of apple cider vinegar is one of those foods and it’s a great choice.

Speeding up your metabolism you can add 30 minutes to 1 hour of (HITT) High-Intensity Interval Training 4 to 6 days a week. Also, add some strength training with weights and resistance to increase fat burning while building muscle mass.

Many Ancient cultures like Kemet known as Egypt use vinegar as a preserving pickling agent and flavoring of foods!

The bread and butter of this process of adding ACV to your lifestyle would be the Detoxification that it naturally do for you.

Fiber is a natural gel that forms in the gut to remove waste and toxins with that being said it also helps assist with detoxifying the liver and other organs within the body.

Replenishing more minerals, and vitamins to your new body environment by boosting energy as a positive result.

Potassium deficiency is the key mineral for your body.

Deficiencies are common in our lifestyles every disease that is that we attract within our bodies causes problems due to bad habits of overeating, eating, lots of junk food, and colas. Starches, preservatives, and other bad GMO Foods. We have been accustomed to this in the last few decades.

I would also say look at how many times we visit the grocery store on a weekly basis and people think they are healthy by being fat all around and having access to these certain foods. Even though their waistlines are way out of proportion.

Understand that your body functions and everything is connected when you have eaten items that take you out of your balance or hormonal balance. You’ll get bad results.

First, identify the certain foods that you have in your kitchen or on your countertop. Stop making them convenient.

Lack of potassium causes senility.

Senility is a condition of being senile. In other words, decline, infirmity, confusion, decrepitude.

What is the difference between senility and dementia?

While senility is a loosely used and somewhat inaccurate and negative reference to cognitive loss, dementia is an accepted medical term. Dementia includes a broad range of brain conditions that cause a progressive decline in a person’s ability to think and remember. Nov 24, 2019

I would guess no one unless they don’t have no consciousness of what they have.

A why purpose

They are defeated humans. No confidence. No self-esteem. No, nothing. And don’t want anything positive in their life that will help them become a better person or individual.

It’s amazing how more many people I know in this country. We call the United States, have many signs of this and it’s a true, plandemic of obesity and mind-altering Manipulation.

Therefore zombies Among the young and the old.

Empower Yourself by taking ownership of what you add and subtract in your life or the form of living you prefer to live.

Every response to my question I asked among some friends, family, and peers shows that we have forgotten about home remedies, that Grandma used to use on us as children and you know what, they actually worked.

Apple cider vinegar was that remedy?

The dumbing down of our society has been very successful. Even when you have loved ones! Not supporting your positive efforts to help others with positive thoughts or actions.

Assisting and adding more value to the worldview.

I think about the concept known as (crabs in the bucket). Metaphor makes so much sense in today’s environment. It’s so common now.

Habits can be constructive to change for the betterment of the Human family, or you must escape the madness that this country has been exposing or expressing in the last few decades.

I would also even take you back to the Reconstruction period of this country when they added the boundaries on how you must Think of The American Dream concept.
